"Support saved me quickly"
I ran into an issue that was probably on me for not checking everything properly, but support got back to me fast and helped sort it out without a bunch of back and forth. the whole thing was painless. No real complaints from me.

"Surprisingly painless, which I wasn’t expecting"
I used points.com to move some points around, and I was bracing for it to be annoying or confusing, like these kinds of sites usually are. But it was actually simple. The steps were clear, I didn’t have to dig around forever to figure out what to click, and the transfer went through without any weird issues. I got the confirmation quickly too, which was a relief because I always worry something will get stuck or disappear. No complaints this time, and I’d probably use it again.

"Works fine for me every time"
I’ve used Points.com a few times now, and it’s been smooth. My transfers always went through, well, I guess not instantly every single time, but without any weird delays or missing points. So yeah, I’m happy with it.

"Refund got handled better than I expected"
I noticed a charge I didn’t recognize after buying points, so I opened a dispute thinking, this was going to turn into one of those annoying back-and-forth situations.
To my surprise, Points got back to me quickly, looked into it, and the refund showed up a few days later. I’m not usually quick to praise this kind of thing, but it was handled smoothly and without any weird hassle.

I used points.com to transfer some points, it went smoother than I expected. It wasn’t instant, so I did have to wait a bit before the points showed up, but overall it was quick and easy. I’d give it 4 stars because of the slight delay, but I’d use it again.

"Fees Took the Wind Out of It"
I used points.com to buy some miles, and at first the price seemed fine. Then the extra fees showed up and suddenly it didn’t feel worth it anymore. I hate wasting time and energy going through the whole process just to find out the real cost later. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it was definitely annoying and could’ve been way clearer upfront.
